I have a 2017 Acadia Denali with ~133,000 miles. About two months ago I noticed a jerking/shuddering at highway speeds, generally between 50-65mph. This only happens under light acceleration or cruising up a slight incline. If I let off the gas or accelerate harder it goes away.One or both are likely worn and/or damaged so will need repair or replacement. There is also an electrical interlock that you can hear when you are going to start the vehicle when you press on the brake pedal to shift out of Park.
