Currently I run a Phlster Enigma Express for my 48 and use the larger "wing" that they provide. It does a decent job concealing. The problem is, this solution sucks for wearing jeans for me. I was looking at the Tenicor Velo 4 as a solution to this problem and the wedge definitely will be enough most likely.
