Every starting receiver is dead after 1 play. Turned off auto subs and they just stay in dead tired so they may as well be trash backups at that point. Madden is ruined by these assholes. They don’t give a F about putting out a good game anymore bc they know people will buy their shit game either way.

On the staff mod tree, you HAVE to unlock the right side of the tree first. Just had the same thing happen (offensive coordinator). Created a new coach under “User Teams”, assigned to the Packers, fired their offensive coordinator, switched back to my main team, hired the newly made available offensive coordinator, switched back to the Packers and retired.
You have to be in Owner mode in Franchise. In the offseason the very 1st week after the super bowl.
