Ford f150 turns over but wont start.

2017 F150 won't crank or start. Hi guys, hope you can help me with this. I have this truck since July and it only has 4000 miles. I had to use jumper cables in 4 occasions because the truck was not starting and at the time I thought it was the battery because I dont use it that much but has never seated for more than a week without using it.Gauges don't work, truck turns over no start. Also none of the gages work or any lights show up on dash but if I turn on head lights and my high beams it'll show that light on the dash.
